Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

• If you are returning the item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for return postage.
• If there is a fault or defect, we will cover the cost of the return and process a replacement or refund for you.

We will bear the cost of the return shipment in the following cases:

• Wrong or missing item

• The shipping is delayed

Customers will cover the return cost in all other cases, such as:

• Unwanted item

• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds and Replacements

• Refunds: Once an item is received by us, you will receive a refund within 7 working days.
• Replacements: If you require a replacement, we will send it to you within 2 - 4 working days.

Damages and Issues

Refunds
